Kirby's Wind in the Face Therapy...

Kirby has always loved to sit by Russ and lean his head out the window and feel the wind on his face and bugs in his nose.  LOL  We usually do it when he's almost to PetSmart to get groomed.  Kind of a ritual and one of his favorites.

When we took him out riding while he was still in the MSU Vet Hosptial ICC, he was shaky but interested nevertheless.  By the time we brought him home Sunday and we got to the street before we turned down the street to "Kirby's House", he was really into it.  Leaning out.  Putting his paws on the door frame to steady himself.  Looking like a champ.

The video is a little noisy at the beginning but you get the gest of what it's all about.  It's a sick little Kirby Dog strong enough to enjoy going fast with the breeze in his face.  It's about being out of the vet hospital and with his people who wanted him to know he was okay and good times were coming again.

We love to watch him do this.  It's funny.  We've got to get goggles.  He had him when he was a puppy.  Now that he doesn't have reflexes to close his eyes, we don't want him to get bugs and debris in those precious puppy eyes.
